Hi, my name is Nalin Wickramasuriya. As well as being a full time, NHS consultant paediatrician, I have also spent the last 7 years developing various skill sets in internet marketing. I have learnt a huge amount about coding, communicating on the web, search engine placement and business processes, which have helped me both at work in the hospital, as well as in my own internet marketing business

Our business has grown steadily and now, I have five full time employees who understand my plan and have been trained to become expert in one or two aspects of the overall process. One of the things that has happened as a result of this is that friends and clients have asked me to help them with their websites

I have come to realise that most people don’t think the way I do. You see, in the evenings I hang out in various forums, where we discuss PHP code and marketing strategies and search engine optimisation. But most people have lives and don’t really understand or care about these things

However, there are a few things that we discuss that would be really useful for you to have a better grasp of and so, what I want to do in this website is to try to explain web marketing to you, without getting into geek speak

I am going to mainly use video, to try to make you think how you might want to use video in your websites and also how you could use education based marketing to improve your sales too
